Do i have to pay full monthly fee on the first session?
I always ask for a deposit before the first session to avoid the problems with payments and attendance. Afterwards, you are free to choose if you want to continue training with me for a full month or not. If you decide to continue, full monthly fee applies.
What do i bring with me for the first session?
Dress comfortably, bring a bottle of water and, of course, a good mood!
Will i get charged for the session if i can`t attend?
If you give a notice with a simple message or a call at least 4 hours before the scheduled time, then you won`t be charged for it. If there is no notice, full fee applies.
How can i sign up for online training and, how does it work?
You will receive updates, notes and workout plans through the mobile app. I will be able to track your progress and keep you accountable! Send me an e-mail on agris@atfit.org and i will guide you through the setup process.
